Our trainers have many years of conveyancing experience and are at the top of their professional game. To become a good competent conveyancer, you need experience as well as academic qualifications. We will let you have the benefit of our experience by providing you with current examples of the law in practice so that you gain experience of the sorts of issues that we come across every day in our working lives as Conveyancers. Some of these issues may only occur once in decade but we are equipping you with the knowledge required to ensure you are a good all-rounder. We are not aware of any other training providers doing this.

Yes it is possible to pay monthly over twelve months but the fees will be slightly higher as we charge an admin fee of £300 to cover the extra costs associated with this.

Yes it is possible to obtain an exemption from part of the course but this will depend on the type and level of qualifications you already hold. In the first instance please send us an email to [email protected] confirming the level of your qualifications and what you are seeking an exemption from, and we will advise you further. 

Once you have completed the level 6 course, you will need to demonstrate at least twelve hundred hours practical experience (about ten months if working full time) to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. This is dealt with by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) who issue the License for the course and the practical experience must be supervised by an Authorised Person (someone who meets the criteria set by the CLC).

There is a nationwide shortage of competent fully qualified Licensed Conveyancers and for that reason there has never been a better time to train to become one. Good Luck!
