Founded by experienced conveyancing professionals, our training was created to bridge the gap between theory and real-world practice.

What began as a small initiative has grown into a trusted learning platform, helping individuals build confidence and competence in a constantly evolving industry.

Meet The Team

CEO & Founder

Rose Davis

Rose Davis is the founder of Conveyancing Excellence and has been in the conveyancing profession for over two decades. Having completed her law degree on a part time basis over five years, she is aware of the sacrifice and tenacity it takes to complete the course. Rose has been a Licensed Conveyancer since 2010 and is also a founding director of Davis & Co Property Lawyers. She was very keen to put something back into the profession from which she has gained so much and starting Conveyancing Excellence seemed the most appropriate way of doing so. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2010 and is therefore familiar with the course and what it takes to be a successful Conveyancer.

Liz Heysome is a non-practising solicitor with over two decades of experience of commercial property. She is currently a University Lecturer and teaches the Legal Practice Course and Solicitors Qualification Examination. She is passionate about training and is able to explain complex legal matters in plain English. She started her training as a Legal Executive and then went on to qualify as a Solicitor later. Passionate about training, with a great sense of humour, students will find her a knowledgeable and down to earth tutor.

Sherrie Powell is a Co-Director of Davis & Co Property Lawyers where she heads the Conveyancing team. She is also a fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer with two decades of experience in Conveyancing. Having worked her way up from an office junior to a Director, she is testament to the power of having the right training and education to progress. She has a “hands on” approach to training and is very down to earth. Having studied this course and qualifying in 2019, she has first hand experience of the course.

Anne Hartley has spent the last three decades in the academic field providing training for those wishing to become Licensed Conveyancers. As a Licensed Conveyancer herself, she is able to bring her knowledge to bear for her learners. Having taught the course for many years, she is fully familiar with it and stands ready to share her knowledge with the learners.
